The reason I've entitled this blog "Frugal and Fabulous" is because I don't spend much on clothing, and I try my best to look chic without causing my wallet pain. And hopefully you will, too!
Now, about this outfit:
I got this blouse at Goodwill and sewed pearls onto the collar. As for the shorts, I bought them from Anthropologie for 5 dollars. Yes, you heard me! 5 dollars (originally 78.) Total deal, right?
The bowler hat I got for free from the costume closet of my school from one of the theatre teachers, and the platform sandals are from Love Culture.
